The best contractors I have ever worked with are these guys! I'll tell you why. I recently bought a new house, so we needed to complete a lot of work quickly (in advance of our baby coming). Regarding the work I was having done on my roof, deck, gutters/fascia boards, chimney, etc., I interacted with 20+ contractors. These contractors were my favourites and the easiest to work with out of all of them. Every single time I texted or called, they answered right away. Always gave me reassurance and allayed any worries I had. (Trust me, I was a pain in their butt and I was that way because spending this much money on a house can be overwhelming at times, and I wanted to.

These guys were great. Very Professional. On time. Zach's and his Dad were able to complete the work in one day. Zach is agreeable and is on site with his team. When you call his company Zach will answer the phone. When you make an appointment Zach will accept the call and be on time. I will recommend them to do roofing work

Explained the entire process, showed me the materials they would be using and answered all of my questions. He was very personable and professional. They have an excellent guarantee for the specific products I chose. A week later, the crew showed up and got busy. They were in and out in one day. They added a couple of additional ridge vents, which they determined would help with ventilation once they got started - no extra charge. They did replace some rotted decking for an upcharge of about $100 - this was explained to me during the bid process as a possibility. Clean up was superb. The roof looks fantastic. Neighbors have been commenting on how good it looks and clean the yard is.

My roof was 19 years old and springing leaks. It was time to replace it. I received a couple of estimates - which were similar in price. I chose to go with Master Pro.Zach

Showed up on time and applied new adhesive to all loose shingles. I was prepping the house for sale. The roof passed inspection after the repair so I was pleased.

The service was great. We had worked with this company before, and Izet fixed our roof leak. He's smart and informative and efficient. We asked for him again, and he came out and looked at our roof and vents, and he could have done a sales job on us, but instead, he was straightforward and honest: he told us that we didn't need a new roof for the time being. But, when the time does come for us to get a new roof, I know that we'll be calling Zach and asking for Izet again.

These guys are great. Very reasonably priced, and excellent work. Zach and Izet are on top of everything. They were both out to the job site several times during installation. The day after they finished, I heard someone walking on the roof and wondered who would be up there now......I thought they were finished. Nope. It was the owner walking every square foot of my new roof, taking pictures, looking for problems, etc. all of which he shared with me when he came down. There were no problems. You show me a business where the owner is that diligent, and I'll show you a company that I will highly recommend, over and over again. These guys are the real deal, and it shows.

It was fantastic!!! Zach crawled into the attic to take a close look at the mold.....took pictures for me. The price was competitive with my other three bids. They were prompt, neat, a supervisor was here at all times up on the roof checking things, they came back the next day to do a final check. All communication thru the office was polite and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Of the three companies we contacted, Master Pro Roofing provided the most thorough inspection of our roof and attic to determine what we needed. Zach spent the most time with us to explain his findings, and what options we should consider. Zach provided very detailed estimates of two roofing product options, and explained the advantages of each. In the end, we selected the GAF product. The work was completed in one day, a few weeks after we selected Master Pro to complete the work. The work crew was professional and neat, and all old roofing, packaging materials, etc. were removed the same day. Special attention was paid to our skylights, fireplace chimney, stand pipes and damage found in one section of plywood when the old roofing material was removed. We were very pleased with Master Pro Roofing, and Zach's attention to us to make certain all work was done to our satisfaction.

Highly recommended! From the very beginning this project was handled with integrity and professionalism. When Zach was running behind schedule for the initial estimate, he called ahead of time to let me know - that's integrity. He offered a quality product at a fair price and kept the communications flowing through the entire process. The crew that performed the tear-off and installation of the new roof arrived early (as promised) and worked efficiently and tirelessly until complete. They did a fantastic job, took care to tarp or use drop cloths and cleaned up as they went along. They left the place looking great.
